I was admitted to a psych ward.
I was in a manic.
I was very confused as to why I was there.
I gave like a 20 minute speech about it.
After that they looked at my body 2 c for markings.
I was in 2 north ward and it was the suicidal ward. Didn’t feel suicidal at all.

7 wake up call (don’t remember this happening)
8:30 breakfast (half cold half hot)
9 fresh air break (smoke break)
10 mindful exercise (group, ask words to describe your goals and feelings for the day)
10:30 psyh tech a activity (not sure)
11:45 FAB
1:30 expressive (group)
3:30 sunshine break (not smoke break)
4:45 dinner
5:45 FAB
6:30 pysh tech (group)
9:00 fresh air break

I was given a notebook and left it on a table and a worker lady told me it would get taken and I said I don’t think it will - it did.
I asked for a notebook the next day and the lady was like they already gave her one blah blah blah.
I some people what they regretted.
Garcia said not going to school and not getting a job. The first day he was talking normal to me then I believe he started getting feelings for me and I told him to not. I believe he went into a mania after that - I don’t know if it was because of me.
Sandy said giving up/walking out on relationship to soon.
I believe I asked Soren after that but he didn’t want to talk so I stopped asking and writing.
Paige saw things black or white and I believe I helped her see the rainbow.
Laura had an amazing singing voice but liked things cleans.
Soren went to Harvard but couldn’t get him to open up.
Jason was sweet - easily angered but a heart of gold.
Brad talked about his family like they talked to him - I brought him to much to reality.
My roommate tired to protect me. She liked flowers and I gave her a flower when my family brought me flowers. She got moved upstairs.
Dio was tall and nice we walked around the halls he gets social security.
Mormon boy ( don’t remember his name ) advised me not do drugs. And said I was searching for the truth.
Jared was soft spoken had some kind of disability. He was trying to figure out where he was going to live.
Old man was also creeping on me I told to back off. The day I got out he was on the news he was a child molester.
Cow boy man I told him he reminded me of a cowboy and he went ye-haw.
Muscle man was angry but I saw his journal and it had a beautiful thing written. I gave him his journal and told him and tried to talk to him.
Zach yelled at me and apologized after he wrote music.
Anxious girl she was shaking all the time and was timid I talked to her. I wanted to give her a stress ball.
Eric was angry a lot and he said I had an old soul.

Nathan the worker said a lot of people cared about me because of how many people visited me and called me, I asked him if people cared about him he, he said he didn’t know.
My last day I went out for the fab and it was really windy.
They didn’t like when I hugged people but these people’s feelings need to be acknowledged.
I was there for a week then the girls were either moved upstairs or left. I was the only girl for the last days - I was there for a week.
